Duralast-PVC Re-Roof

For this project, my client was keen on upgrading the asphalt roof to PVC Duralast in a stylish grey shade. Additionally, the gutter system was thoroughly cleaned to ensure optimal performance.

Despite encountering unforeseen challenges, this specific project was successfully finished on schedule and within budget. It exemplifies my unwavering commitment to provide a high-quality outcome, overcoming any obstacles that may come up to guarantee complete client contentment.

Duro-Last Single-Ply Membrane Roof System

One of the best roofing systems around. The reflective white Duro-Last Roofing System reflects up to 88% of the sun’s energy. Thus can greatly reduce energy costs.

Single-Ply Membrane Roof

Composed of 3 layers, top layer holds up against all elements, middle layer is used as reinforcement (scrim) layer, and bottom layer brings the ply together adding superior puncture resistance and performance. Requires low maintenance

Adhered Roofing System

Roof system that is “glued” to the surface beneath it with a commercial-grade adhesive. Adhered roofs are still popular for buildings in certain locations with specific needs.

Full Tear Off + Mechanically Attached Roofing System

This is the most common roofing system for commercial buildings. Installation is followed by a series of layers adding protection and durability. A watertight seal is created by heat welding the membrane together.

RhinoBond Roofing System

RhinoBond roof systems are a hybrid between fully adhered roof systems and mechanically attached roof systems.

Water damage. Plywood was replaced and finished with 60mill single ply membrane.

Waterproof Coating

Roof Coatings are commonly used to protect and extend the life of most existing slope roof coverings. This material is thicker than paint yet once cured it becomes a durable film and keeps its elastic properties throughout its life cycle. It protects the roof from damaging effects of weather and the environment. With the various types of roof coatings on the market it can be beneficial for any type of roof.

Sheet Metal Roof

For this particular project, my client was interested in something economically and environmentally sustainable. It gives a great aesthetic appeal and can last 2-4 times longer than a traditional roofing system. Great weather resistance.
